If poss vip tickets for the Manchester show
I’m on disability (still very mobile) and have never been out of the United States. All this is very sad I know 😉 LOL I’m seriously thinking about going into debt so I can see these guys on my Birthday October 13th. (fun fact, this guy was born on Oct FRIDAY 13th 1972) How lucky could I be to see these guys?! Their music has been what has gotten me through all the wonderment of life man. All the shitty parts and I’m just grooving and moving through the turmoil while people look at me like I’m nuts. My close friends are like, “You really like these guys, huh?!” and I’m like, “WHAT?” I got the music so loud I can’t hear a word they are saying. I OWE YOU GUYS!! Perhaps I may have been able to live my life without LEVEL 42 but I’d hate to imagine what that would have looked like. Yikes! For a good looking guy like myself, my life should have been a tad bit more fun and easy. SCREW it, it’s not over! Get me out of this little hick town in Texas it’s no place for a delicate, precious man who’s never seen the world. I’m gonna build myself a rocket… Hmm Passport…
I saw Level 42 for the second time in 20 years in Manchester, and it was an amazing night that made me so incredibly passionate about their classic older album songs once more. The back catalogue of their tunes are truly amazing: True Colours/World Machine/Early Tapes. These are fantastic tunes, along with the new stuff which harks back to the funk roots that are Level 42.
That is what they were about back in 1980.
Just come from the Liverpool Philharmonic tonight. 19 Oct 18.
Just want to thank all the band and management. Proper nice people. Top gig tonight in Liverpool. Back to Malta on Monday . Well worth it. Best wishes fellas and thanks for your time.
